With over three decades of dedicated expertise and proficiency, I served as VP-Treasury & Taxation at EMIRATES GROUP for 27 years. During my tenure with the
Emirates Group, I officially represented them with government bodies like the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Central Bank of the UAE, and Ministry of Finance and was also responsible for strategic and operational support in liquidity management, internation taxation, and cash management, including investments and banking. Managed core Treasury risks, engaged with presidents, and developed contracts. I am responsible for managing all Emirates Group Bank accounts and managing fund repatriations from over 90 Countries. A core member of the Emirates Global Cash Management Program, managing relationships with globale banking partners and influencing process changes.
I also hold experience working as Group CFO at BELHASA INTERNATIONAL for four years, handling IPOs, funding , project evaluations, and liaising with Federal Tax Authorities
